Teaching Opportunities

Flexible, meaningful work supporting child care centres across Toronto.

We provide Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) and Child Care Assistants to help centres manage their daily staffing needs. This role is ideal for educators who value flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work in different environments.

We are looking for professionals who can accommodate shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Assignments may take place anywhere within the city, and travel time can be up to one hour.

Your flexibility, availability, and performance will influence how often you are booked, giving you the opportunity to grow your schedule over time.

How Scheduling Works

We aim to provide assignments in advance whenever possible.

Most bookings are arranged the evening before, so candidates should be available by phone between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM to receive and confirm placements.

We also support same-day assignments. If you are not already booked, you should be prepared to leave home by 7:00 AM and remain available by phone between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM for last-minute opportunities.

This flexible system allows you to stay active while supporting centres when they need it most.
